In this work, I analyzed biomass transfer process on scalable reaction networks [1]. The main idea is to characterize the autocatalysis pathways and consider the waiting times distribution for biomass to complete these pathways. By introducing the concept of catalytic kernel, the long-term growth kinetics of an arbitrary complex network can be summarized by a delay-differential equation. The catalytic kernel is a useful tool for comparing growing networks with different complexities or under different coarse-graining schemes. It helps us to develop theories that are not limited to specific network dimension or topology.
