We investigate the magnetic field in the massive star-forming region Onsala 2 (ON 2) in Cygnus using 850 µm polarization observations from the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope B-Fields In Star-Forming Region Observations (BISTRO) survey. Our data encompass the entire ON 2 complex at a resolution of 0.12 pc, allowing us to spatially resolve polarized emission from filamentary structures. Within ON 2, we identify five clumps and calculate the magnetic field strength in each region using the Davis-Chandrasekhar-Fermi (DCF) method. We further analyze local magnetic field structures, gravitational vector fields, and the filamentary network to clarify the interaction between filaments and magnetic fields throughout the ON 2 complex.
